at end add 'and suggests that in certain areas the hare population has now declined to the point that regional or local protection should be considered by English Nature with a view to a relevant Order being made under the terms of the Conservation of Wild Creatures and Wild Plants Act 1975 and the Wildlife and Country Act 1981.'.

That this House, recognising that hare coursing is a barbaric brutal activity, calls upon Her Majesty's Government to take immediate action to make hare coursing illegal.
