That this House congratulates Blackburn Rovers on their magnificent achievement on winning the F.A. Carling Premier League; salutes Kenny Dalglish and the team for their skill and sportsmanship; praises the fans for their undying loyalty; and believes that this will be the first of many trophies and wishes the team every success in Europe.
