That this House expresses appreciation of the eight year period in office of Judge Tumim as Chief Inspector of Prisons; regrets the decision of the Home Secretary not to re-appoint Judge Tumim; but hopes that the findings and recommendations of Judge Tumim will continue to be implemented by the Home Secretary.
