Motion text
That this House views with concern the apparent lack of co-ordination between the Health and Safety Executive and Liverpool City Council in identifying and clearing contaminated land in Liverpool; and, in view of the lack of information available in relation to former industrial sites that may be contaminated, calls on Her Majesty's Government to take immediate steps to ensure that a National Contaminated Land Register is brought into being at the earliest opportunity.
