That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, praying that the Income Tax (Cash Equivalents of Car Fuel Benefits) Order 1996 (S.I., 1996, No. 2954), dated 26th November 1996, a copy of which was laid before this House on 26th November, be annulled.
