Motion text

That this House is deeply concerned over the proposed changes to the Teachers' Superannuation Scheme which, if enacted, will lead to large reductions in teaching staff in the United Kingdom; believes that, if introduced, they will have a detrimental effect on school budgets, staff morale and the teaching profession as a whole; and calls upon Her Majesty's Government to desist from the introduction of such ill thought-out changes to regulations.
