Motion text

That this House deplores the promotion of pornographic publications such as the Sunday Sport by the honourable Member for Blackpool North as described in its edition of 22nd December; advises that he dissociates himself from the way in which that publication typecasts women solely as objects of male lust, thereby denigrating the legitimate ways in which women contribute to society; and asks him to apologise for the serious offence that his promotion will cause to women in Blackpool North and elsewhere in the United Kingdom.
