That this House expresses its shock and sorrow at the tragic death of Matthew Harding, Vice-Chairman of Chelsea FC and Chairman of the Benfield Group; recognises the widespread affection and admiration for Mr Harding in the worlds of football, politics, business and journalism; pays tribute to his outstanding achievements at Chelsea and Benfield and mourns his loss at the age of 42; and conveys its deepest condolences to the families and friends of Matthew Harding and all those who died with him in such tragic circumstances.
