Motion text

That this House shares the concern of the fire specialists, the FBU and the Kent fire authorities that open lattice goods wagons used by Eurotunnel are potentially dangerous and could lead to loss of life; and calls upon the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions to ensure that Eurotunnel carefully study the options for enclosing the wagons and produce a public report on such studies.
