Motion text

That this House welcomes the lobby of Parliament on Wednesday 7th June by mental health service users, carers and mental health staff; believes their paper, Common Themes, which aims to increase rights and reduce wrongs deserves detailed attention and helpful responses; and regrets that the speech by the Secretary of State for Health to the New Health Network on Tuesday 6th June made no reference to mental health issues or to the interests of the users of mental health services.
