Motion text

That this House welcomes the lobby of Parliament by the Football Supporters Association on Thursday 2nd March when representatives from over 50 football supporters clubs nationwide met honourable Members to demand that Parliament should impose a regulator on the industry, as proposed in the fans' evidence to the Task Force inquiry, with powers to examine and protect the interests of those committed fans who are forced to pay high admission prices because no other body in the game will act on behalf of the lower division clubs.

The first 6 Members who have signed to support the motion are the sponsors. The primary sponsor is generally the person who tabled the motion and has responsibility for it. The date shown is when the Member signed the motion.
