That this House salutes Raoul Wallenberg's selfless dedication and heroism, through which 100,000 Hungarian Jewish lives were saved from the Nazi Holocaust; and endorses the need for legislation to permit the establishment in this country of a fitting permanent memorial to this remarkable man.
