Motion text

That this House is concerned about restrictions introduced by some local councils on access to public records relating to property, particularly when councils themselves offer facilities for property searches; and believes that all councils should adhere to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, which states that access to the register should be provided at all reasonable hours.
