Motion text

That this House recognises the outstanding work done by Air Ambulance services around the country and the fact that they are financed largely through public donations; notes the example set by Germany, where an extensive network of air ambulances is supported partly by the state; and calls on the Government to increase its support for Air Ambulance services in this country in order to safeguard the provision which currently exists and which is, in many areas, under serious financial pressures.
