Motion text

That this House acknowledges the great contribution of further education teaching staff and support staff in educational achievements gained by their students; believes it essential that model conditions of employment are established for such staff engaged in this national education service; and considers it critical that national standards for conditions of employment are essential to ensure adequate, good quality teaching and support for students wherever in Britain they reside.
