That this House congratulates the staff of the Palace of Westminster, the police and volunteers and staff from related organisations for their exemplary organisation of the arrangements relating to the Lying in State and funeral of HM Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother and the long hours worked; and believes that the number of people who queued to pay their respects in Westminster Hall were a credit to the character of the British people.
