That this House recognises the damaging effects of 11th September terrorist events on UK Aerospace; acknowledges the vital importance of this sector on the economy as a whole; notes that this high tech industry supports over 150,000 high quality jobs in 350 constituencies, generating one of Britain's biggest export surpluses; and calls upon the Government to support the industry and encourage its continued success through the development and demonstration of new technology.
