That this House pays tribute to the conscientious, fair and competent work undertaken by Ms Elizabeth Filkin as Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards; regrets the circumstances in which she is leaving the post and that she was not reappointed; and strongly believes that at all times Ms Filkin carried out her duties in the interests of Parliamentary integrity and disclosure of register of outside interests.
