That this House expresses to Her Majesty The Queen on the fiftieth anniversary of her accession its deep appreciation of her devotion to the nation and the Commonwealth; and is glad that the United Kingdom branch of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association, whose Patron she is, has worked so diligently to promote parliamentary democracy around the Commonwealth.
