That this House recognises and commemorates the forthcoming 20th Anniversary of the Falklands War campaign; pays its deepest respect and gratitude to the families of those British armed forces and Falkland civilians killed during the war campaign; notes the growing concern among the Falkland Island population that negotiations with Spain regarding Gibraltar's future are encouraging Argentina to reactivate its spurious claim to the Falklands; and calls upon the Government to expressly confirm that the peoples of Gibraltar and the Falkland Islands are guaranteed the right of self-determination regarding their future sovereignty.
