That this House notes with concern the continuing blockade of Cuba by the US Administration; commends the efforts of charities such as Cymru-Cuba in delivering humanitarian aid to the people of Cuba; condemns the recent confiscation by US police of two lorry loads of aid from Canadian and European charities destined for Cuba; and urges the Government to raise concerns about the clockade of such humanitarian aid sent by worldwide charities with the US authorities.
