That this House congratulates the All-Party Pakistan Group for arranging the visit of President General Musharraf of Pakistan to the House of Commons; warmly welcomes the comments he made in his speech of his full commitment to the return of a democratic government in Pakistan and the development and protection of the rights of women as well as human and religious rights for all citizens; and looks forward to the return of Pakistan to full membership of the Commonwealth.
