Motion text

That this House acknowledges the place of Wembley Stadium in England's sporting history but believes that the development of a new state-of-the-art stadium in the West Midlands with road, rail and air access to all parts of the country offers the best opportunity to avoid the mistakes made over the siting of the Millennium Dome and provides a truly national stadium for the twenty-first century.
