That this House supports a visit by Her Majesty the Queen to Gibraltar in 2004 to celebrate the territory's 300th anniversary of being British; and deplores any attempts by Her Majesty's Government to veto what will be the highlight of a year of joyous celebrations for loyal subjects of the Crown.
