Motion text

That this House notes that the Scottish Labour Party's manifesto commitment to doorstep recycling to every home by 2010 means that at least one part of the Labour Party has come to agree with the Conservative Party who made this commitment in their 2001 manifesto; and hopes that Ministers at Westminster who claim to be members of the greenest government ever will follow suit and ensure local authorities provide quality doorstep recycling services to every home in the England and Wales by 2010.
