Motion text

That this House is concerned by the considerable delay in publishing Government research into the eligibility of children with autistic spectrum disorder for the Blue Badge Scheme; notes that this research was first mentioned in March 2002; urges the Government to give a report of the findings of this research; and calls on the Department of Transport to review the regulations of the Blue Badge Scheme to extend the criteria to include consideration of safety.
