That this House expresses its consternation that the company PricewaterhouseCooper, which has served as an adviser to the Government on the privatisation of the Forensic Science Service, has opened its own forensic technology laboratory in Birmingham; and calls upon the Government to investigate whether this constitutes a conflict of interest.
