That this House declares its support for the online petition, http://petitiononline.com/AOVN/, urging justice for the victims of the chemical Agent Orange which was extensively sprayed by United States forces in Vietnam during the war there; welcomes the fact that over 500,000 people have now signed the petition; and agrees with the petition's call for the United States President, United States Administration and the chemical companies named as defendants in the civil action in the United States courts brought by the Vietnamese victims to accept their responsibilities for the damage caused by their actions and products and to pay full compensation to the victims.
