Motion text

That this House expresses its sadness at all loss of life as a result of Hurricane Ivan; congratulates Cuba on the effective evacuation of 1.5 million people from its path and thus saving lives; congratulates the Government for its speedy response to the need of all victims of the hurricane;and welcomes the commitment to help Cuba if it so requests.
