That this House welcomes the report of the Iraq Survey Group; notes the exhaustive work of the group and its United Nations predecessors; finds its considered view that Saddam Hussein had destroyed his weapons of mass destruction a decade ago to be conclusive; and calls upon the Government to recognise that the United Kingdom was led into war on a false premise.
