That this House welcomes and fully supports the House of Commons Catering Department in actively taking part and supporting the 12th National Vegetarian Week by promoting healthy, tasty vegetarian menu options and reinforcing Her Majesty's Government's 'Five Fruit and Veg a Day' campaign; notes that the Catering Department will be joined by schools and colleges, supermarkets, independent retailers, manufacturers, restaurants, cafes; pubs and three million individual vegetarians across the United Kingdom; recognises the Vegetarian Society's efforts to promote healthy eating and highlight current misleading labelling on food products and menus; further notes that the Food Standard Agency's Strategic Plan for 2005 to 2010 will focus on consumer rights with the aim of enabling them to make informed choices; and calls upon Her Majesty's Government to ensure that clear honest labelling is at the heart of the Agency's Strategic Plan.
