That this House warmly congratulates the many thousands of people up and down the UK taking part in the Macmillan Miles Challenge 2004, which is taking place between 23rd and 30th May; notes that last year this event raised over ú600,000 to help Macmillan Cancer Relief provide expert care for people with cancer; also notes that every day 732 people on average across the country are diagnosed with cancer; commends Macmillan Cancer Relief for organising this event; and wishes it every success in achieving its goal of raising even more money this year.
