Motion text

That this House fully supports Marie Curie's biggest annual fundraising event; notes that the event raised over two million pounds last year to continue the charity's work and that a major part of their activities are the Marie Curie nurses who make it possible for terminally ill people to be cared for in their own homes; congratulates the charity for providing care to around 30,000 cancer patients and their families every year; and calls on the Government to work with Marie Curie in achieving its goals.
