That this House recalls the horrific suicide bombing of the offices of the Kurdish PUK and KDP parties in Arbil in northern Iraq on 1st February; unreservedly condemns this act of terrorism; expresses its sympathies and condolences to the victims and relatives of victims of the attack; and calls upon all people in Iraq to work together with each other, the UN, other countries and non-governmental organisations to build a prosperous and peaceful future for their country.
