Motion text
That this House notes the Chief Constable of the Police Service of Northern Ireland's statement on Saturday 21st February that the abduction and beating of Mr Bobby Tohill was carried out by the Provisional IRA; believes the punishment beating by the IRA marks a clear breach of its ceasefire; calls on the Secretary of State for Northern ireland to expel Sinn Fein from the Review of the Belfast Agreement talks at Stormont; and calls on all democratic parties involved in the talks at Stormont to agree a voluntary coalition without Sinn Fein leading to the establishment of an operational devolved administration for the Province.
