Motion text

That this House recognises that it is now two years since the Government accepted the case for the reform of Park Home Law; acknowledges that there is a thorough consensus between residents' organisations, the Park Homes review; expresses serious concern that an industry which provides affordable and much needed housing is undermined by the activities of an unscrupulous minority who harass and exploit vulnerable people; and calls on the Government to incorporate legislation which it has already agreed is necessary and with which both sides of the industry concur into the provisions of the Housing Bill.
