That this House congratulates Ellen MacArthur from Whatstandwell in Derbyshire on her latest outstanding achievement, which sets a new world record; pays tribute to her courage and commitment to excellence; believes that she has become a major role model to young people in this and many other countries; and wishes her well in the future.
