That this House joins the people of New Zealand in celebrating their national day; recognises the shared heritage and special relationship between the peoples of the United Kingdom and New Zealand; and calls upon Her Majesty's Government to strengthen the close political, economic and cultural ties that continue to bind the two nations together.
