That this House condemns the aggressive stance taken by Go-Ahead Northern's management in its current negotiations with its workforce at its bus depots in the north-east; believes that its tactic of forcing deals upon the workers under threat of dismissal to be wrong; further believes this to be an appalling approach to industrial relations which should have no place in a modern society; and calls upon the company to take a more constructive position in its talks with its bus drivers.
