That this House congratulates Mr Steve Fossett and the entire team involved in assisting him to become the first person to fly solo, non-stop, around the world without refuelling; further congratulates him on his previous 64 other world records; and further congratulates Sir Richard Branson in sponsoring this tremendous world record-breaking achievement in the Virgin Atlantic Global Flyer in 67 hours, two minutes and 38 seconds.
