That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, praying that the Education (School Organisation Proposals) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 (S.I., 2005, No. 1801), dated 2nd July 2005, a copy of which was laid before this House on 11th July, be annulled.
