That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, praying that the Civil Contingencies Act 2004 (Contingency Planning) Regulations 2005 (S.I., 2005, No. 2042), dated 22nd July 2005, a copy of which was laid before this House on 27th July, be annulled.
