Motion text

That this House congratulates the Energy Saving Trust for organising its ninth annual Energy Saving Week from 24th to 30th October; recognises that energy efficiency is the cleanest, safest and cheapest way of reducing carbon dioxide emissions; supports personal targets to reduce carbon emissions and recognises these are crucial to the UK hitting its 2010 carbon dioxide emissions target; and urges all honourable Members to show leadership in their constituencies by supporting the Energy Saving Trust's Energy Saving Week promoting individual responsibility and actions.
