Motion text

That this House congratulates Ukraine's President Viktor Yushchenko, who has been awarded the first ever Chatham House Prize for the individual deemed to have made the most significant contribution to the improvement of international relations in the previous year; notes that President Yushchenko was honoured for demonstrating considerable courage and skill in steering the peaceful process of political change in Ukraine; and wishes him well in his future work.
