That this House deplores the actions of Islington's Liberal Democrat Council in selling off areas of Barnard Park to be built over; values every bit of the park as vital green space in one of the least green boroughs in the country; and urges this Council and others to respond to local people's priorities by defending and improving London's parks rather than abandoning them to property developers.
