That this House recognises the fact that Her Majesty's Forces in the Gulf are made up of troops from all parts of the United Kingdom, including a very large Scottish contingent; and calls on the Ministry of Defence's Press arrangements, including direct access for reporters to frontline personnel, to take full account of that fact.
