That this House congratulates all the young people involved in the 2007 New Year parade in London and welcomes specifically the involvement and performance of the John Gray High School Steel Band from the Cayman Islands, which was exemplary; recognises the important cultural and historical heritage that is shared between the peoples of both the United Kingdom and the British Overseas Territory of the Cayman Islands; and looks forward to the strengthening of these ties in the year ahead.
