Motion text

That this House welcomes the Help the Aged initiative My Home Life, which is seeking to forge a partnership to work together to improve the quality of life for older people in care homes; believes that it is vital that all stakeholders are brought together to celebrate and build upon good practice; and calls on the Government to take note of the recommendations of the My Home Life report in drawing up new minimum standards for care homes.
