That this House condemns the bomb blast that killed 71 people in the Indian state of Assam on 30th October; is deeply concerned about the continued terrorist attacks and loss of human life in many cities in India; calls for greater cooperation between India and Britain to wipe out the threat of terror to both countries; further calls on the Home Office to become more vigilant in investigating British charities which are suspected of having links to terrorist groups abroad and may be funding them; reiterates its opposition to terror in all its forms; and wishes to ensure that British soil is not used as a base for supporting any form of terror against any country in the world.
