That the Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (Health, Education and Social Care Chamber) Rule 2008 (S.I., 2008, No. 2699), dated 9 October 2008, a copy of which was laid before this House on 15 October, in the previous Session of Parliament be revoked.
